My Philosophy

I am dedicated to helping people achieve and maintain wellness and to providing excellent care to people in the midst of illness. I respond to each unique situation and believe that keeping open communication between patient and practitioner is necessary to assure that people are taken care of beyond their expectations.

I am committed to relationship-centered care in which you are invited into a partnership with me to observe your symptoms as teachers, and to make choices that will serve you in body, mind, and spirit.

My role, as your practitioner is to guide you to increased awareness so that together we can transform your experience.  In the course of treatment: pain gives way to ease, rage to forgiveness, isolation to connection, stiffness to flexibility, resignation to hope.  In partnership, we will encourage this process of healing and change.

I invite you to schedule an initial visit and to begin acupuncture treatment. If you have specific questions about what acupuncture can offer you given your particular situation, or if you wish more information, please telephone.
